To further promote the construction of industry-education integration majors, on April 10, the teaching team of the "Automotive Theory" course from the Department of Automotive Engineering, School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering specially invited Engineer Hu Shengli from Valeo Intelligent Transportation Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. to enter the "Automotive Theory" classroom and deliver a sharing session on the development experience of assisted driving projects for the students.

In the class, relying on his rich practical experience in the field of assisted driving, Hu Shengli detailedly elaborated on the numerous challenges encountered by the assisted driving system from the initial conceptualization to practical implementation and application. By presenting actual project cases, he vividly explained the technical principles of common assisted driving functions. This process enabled the students to gain a more intuitive understanding of the application of relevant knowledge in "Automotive Theory", such as vehicle dynamics, kinematics, and control systems, in practical scenarios. At the same time, he also shared the team collaboration models during project development, emphasizing the importance of close cooperation among personnel with different professional backgrounds, making the students realize that good team communication and collaboration skills are crucial in the complex field of automotive engineering.
This "Enterprise Experts Enter the Classroom" activity is one of the important initiatives of the college to promote industry-education integration. In the future, the college will continue to strengthen cooperation with enterprises in the industry, invite more experts from various fields to enter the classroom, further enhance the practicality and applicability of the courses, enable students to better align with industry needs during their studies, and lay a solid foundation for their future engagement in the field of automotive engineering.
