In accordance with the college's educational and teaching work arrangements, to effectively improve teachers' understanding and execution of the school's teaching quality management system, continuously strengthen the quality awareness of full-time teachers in teaching activities, and further enhance the effectiveness of talent training for undergraduate and postgraduate programs, the Automotive Engineering Department organized a learning activity on teaching management system documents for all teachers on the afternoon of January 6. The activity was hosted by Teacher Liu Fei, director of the department.
Focusing on the actual needs of teaching quality work, the department concentrated on studying all contents of the identification circumstances specified in the document Shanghai University of Engineering Science's Measures for the Identification and Handling of Teaching Accidents No. 13 of 2023 on Quality Management of the University, including 15 items of Level 1 teaching accidents, 20 items of Level 2 teaching accidents, and 18 items of Level 3 teaching accidents.

Participating teachers discussed issues such as the identification of teaching accidents, the identification procedures, and the handling of teaching accidents. Through this learning activity, teachers of the department further clarified the standards and processes for the identification and handling of teaching accidents, and deepened their understanding of teaching management regulations and teachers' teaching work norms. During the learning process, full-time teachers shared their experiences and insights in teaching management and practice combined with their own undergraduate and postgraduate teaching work.
In the future, in accordance with the college's requirements for the construction of teaching quality culture and based on the actual work of the department, the Automotive Engineering Department will continue to carry out learning activities on the school's series of teaching quality system documents, establish a regular mechanism for system learning, promote the construction of the college's teaching quality culture, and create a sound atmosphere for quality culture development.
